The short version

We collect what we need to make your clothes and get them to you, and nothing we cannot justify. We do not sell your data to anyone. We never see your card details.

This policy explains it in full. If anything here is unclear, write to streevadesigners@gmail.com and we will answer plainly.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, mobile number and password when you create an account.

• Delivery addresses you save, including the pincode and city we use to work out how to deliver.

• Body measurements you save or that our staff record for you — including for family members you add to your account.

• Photographs you upload: profile photos so a tailor can see what suits you, and reference or inspiration images attached to an order.

• Your orders, appointments, stitching requests, coupons used and store credit balance.

• Messages you send us through the site's chat, and WhatsApp conversations with the boutique.

• A payment reference for each order. We do not receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials.

Measurements and photographs

Measurements and the photographs you upload are personal, and we treat them that way. They exist for one purpose — so that the person making your garment can make it correctly — and they are visible only to you and to our boutique staff working on your order.

We do not use your photographs in marketing, on social media or on this website without asking you first. You can delete a saved measurement profile or a photograph from your account at any time.

Why we use it

• To make and deliver what you ordered, and to tell you how it is progressing.

• To take payment and to process a refund where one is due.

• To answer your questions and handle a problem with an order.

• To book, confirm and remind you about appointments and home visits.

• To keep records we are required by law to keep, such as tax and transaction records.

Who else sees it

We share the minimum necessary with the companies that help us run the shop. Each receives only what it needs to do its part:

• Cashfree Payments — to take your payment. They receive your name, email, mobile number and the amount. They handle your card and bank details directly; we never see them.

• Delivery partners (Shiprocket and the courier companies it books, and Uber, Rapido or Ola for parcel pickups in Hyderabad) — your name, delivery address and mobile number, so a parcel can reach you.

• WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) — your mobile number, to send order updates and to run our chat with you, where you have used that channel.

• Our hosting and file storage providers, who store this site's data and the images uploaded to it.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We do not send you marketing messages you did not ask for, and where you have opted in you can stop them at any time by replying or telling us.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and order history for as long as your account is open, and afterwards only as long as the law requires us to keep transaction records.

You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data in it by writing to streevadesigners@gmail.com. We will do so unless we are required to keep something — a tax record of a completed sale, for instance — and we will tell you if that applies.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw a consent you gave. Most of it you can also see and change yourself under Account on this site.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. This site stores your login session and a few preferences in your browser's local storage so you are not signed out on every page, and so your cart survives a refresh. Clearing your browser data removes them and signs you out.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed rather than in plain text, and payment details are handled entirely by our payment aggregator. No system is perfect, but if we ever became aware of a breach affecting your data we would tell you.
