Who we are

This website is operated by Streeva Designers ("Streeva", "we", "us"), a boutique based in Hyderabad, Telangana. Our registered address and contact details are: Streeva Designers, C92M+PVV, Secretariat Colony, Sri Ram Nagar Colony, Puppalguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500089, India. Phone +91 83338 54373. Email streevadesigners@gmail.com.

By browsing this website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Your account

You need an account to place an order, book an appointment or save measurements. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done through your account.

Please give us accurate contact details. We use your mobile number and email to confirm orders, send payment receipts, agree delivery dates and reach you about your order — an incorrect number is the most common reason an order goes wrong.

Products, pricing and availability

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, withdraw products or correct errors at any time before you place an order.

Fabric is a natural material photographed under studio lighting. The colour, weave and fall of what you receive may vary slightly from the images on screen, and different screens show colour differently. A minor variation of this kind is not a defect.

Where a product is sold by colour or size, only the combinations shown as available can be ordered.

Made-to-order work

Much of what we sell is made for you rather than taken off a shelf — blouses, lehengas, embroidery and maggam work, name embroidery, and anything ordered through our Stitching Service or the Design Customizer.

These items are cut and stitched to your measurements and choices after you order. That has two consequences worth understanding before you buy: they take longer to reach you than ready-to-wear pieces, and they cannot be resold to anyone else, so they are not returnable except where something is wrong with them. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out exactly when that applies.

You are responsible for the measurements you give us. We will always tell you what we need and can take measurements for you at the boutique or on a home visit; if you supply your own and a garment is made correctly to them, an alteration is chargeable.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order after your payment succeeds. Until then nothing is reserved for you.

We may decline or cancel an order — refunding you in full — if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was wrong, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.

Where you have asked for a particular delivery date, we will either agree it or propose the earliest date we can realistically meet. An order is worked to the date both sides have agreed.

Payment

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, a payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets through them.

Your card and bank details are entered on Cashfree's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by us. We keep only a payment reference so we can match a payment to your order and process a refund if one is due.

Coupons and store credit are applied at checkout as shown in your order summary. Store credit is issued by us, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.

Delivery

Delivery timelines, charges and areas we serve are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Appointments and home visits

Appointments at the boutique are confirmed by our staff and may need to be moved; we will always tell you if that happens. Home visits carry a visit fee based on distance, which is credited back against the order that comes out of the visit.

If you need to cancel a home visit, please tell us at least 24 hours ahead so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Our content

The designs, photographs, text and embroidery patterns on this website belong to Streeva Designers or to the designers we work with. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

Anything you upload — reference photos, inspiration images, a logo for embroidery — remains yours. By uploading it you give us permission to use it for the purpose of making and delivering your order. Please only upload images you have the right to use.

Our responsibility to you

We take care over everything we make and will put right anything that is defective, wrongly made or not what you ordered, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses — for example, a garment not arriving in time for an event where the delay was caused by a courier, a payment failure at your bank, or details you gave us that turned out to be wrong.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other Indian law that cannot be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first — most things are resolved with a phone call.
